How to plot a chart by creating timestamp

Hi I have a set of data. Which shows start time and end time for each descriptions. I want to plot a bar chart or line with a timestamp for 30 mins interval from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM and show this start and end data in the chart.

How to get the timestamp for each 30 mins and plot the chart? All the data I have is this. STart and End time is in DateTime format and I am getting it from sql server and used IDT to get the data into webi report.

Anyone knows how to do it in the WEBI Report?
