How to get excel file dynamically?

Hello,

normally we pick the excel file from desktop by providing the path in "open existing file" option in desktop studio "C:\Users\ramya\Desktop\workflow Excel.xlsx" like this, can we get particular Excel file without providing any path by using sap IRPA(Desktop studio)? please help to resolve the issue & share any reference blogs that can help issue.
