Can anyone tell me ho to enable debug mode in the server

I see that you are new to this forum, first of all welcome to SDN.

Go to Visual Administrator and browse to J2EE process table.
Right Click on server0 and select all tasks > enable debugging.
You can also do this from NWDS in the J2EE engine view.
Next go to the debug perspective in NWDS,... select Run -> Debug.
Select webdynpro application and specify details....
