Hi

I want to display thumnails for my KM Content folder containing .jpg and .gif mages

Thumbnai Repository Manager should be configured correctly (by default, i didnt changed anything)

I have set Thumbnails Layout for my folder

but there are still no thumbnails rendering .... just icons

i have tried refresh folder several times .... also clean out cache memory

but nothing works

Is there anything else I have to do to display Thumbnails?

I have looked into /~system/thumbnails/ folder and it is empty, no thumbnail were generated

Hi,

This can occur when the image file you uploaded exceeds the maximum file size settings in your Thumbnails configuration of the plug-ins.

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/6b/2e47403c3d1059e10000000a155106/frameset.htm

If this is not the case, does the user have permissions to read the files that are uploded?

Also check the Parameters for Plug-Ins, if the MIME Type is supported (gif/jpg).

Greetings,

Praveen Gudapati

Hi

Thanx for answer

file size limit is set to 8MB .... none of my images has more than 1MB

permissions should be ok .... when aj click on name of file, it is opened correctly in new explorer window

MIME Type Pattern (csv) : image/jpeg, image/gif

it should be ok .... images have .jpg .jpeg and .gif extensions
