How to delete multiple attachments from Attachments UI

Hi,

We have configured SAP S/4HANA with Core Archive( via CMIS) Using SAP Document Management Integrate Option as per SAP Certification Scenario S4 BTP CMIS(Version 0.8) test plan (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3011960).

As per ICC test plan, we should test delete operation on single attachment and multiple attachments. Able to delete single attachment (attached screen shot)

How to delete multiple attachments from Attachments UI?

Hi Yamini ,

Multiple attachments can be deleted in the app Change Document ( App ID CV02N )

I've attached a screenshot from an internal S/4HANA Cloud System to show

Hi Enda,

Unable to delete multiple attachments of Draft DIR from Change document application. Getting error message popup as "Document locked". Attached is screen shot for more details.

Hi Yamini,

Do you have multiple tabs open for this document? This means it is locked and cannot be changed right now. You can search that CB user ID in Maintain Business Users app to figure out who it is that is locking the document. It is possible it is your own ID, and you just have the document open in another tab and need to close it.

The Document is in display mode.

If you press the 'Display <-> Change' or 'Change' button it should work hopefully
