how to create event

I would like to create the event to trigger a pc .plz guide me with step by step to create event.

you can do it in T.Code SM62 and you can trigger in SM64.

Hi,

Just create it under "user event names" and "maintain". You’ll find the create option from there.

You have any screen shots or explain step by step to creare event(after click on create event in sm62 ) .Because iam not going to create now. regarding to the my interest iam asking the how to create event

Go to the SM62 last tab->Bckprocevnts there u will see the create icon just click on it and give tech names and description.....

There is no option for create a "user event names" and "maintain" in T-Code SE62, can you describe in brief...

T-Code SM62

In User Event names Select "Maintain" and double click, it will take next screen

Now

1)press "F5" or

2) u can able to see "Create " short cut on top/

3 check in "eventidentifer menu" one create option is there...

go through any one of them

after that

it will give one dialog box

in that give Event name and Description... and click on save

Event History, Criteria, Reorganisation, Bckprocevent

Use SM62 to create events. SM64 is used to trigger events.

We have to Use T.Code SM62 to create our own User Events right?
