i am not getting how to get basis and abap support from sap

Hi Rakibul,

What I understand from your Problem Statement is that you are in some issue and you need SAP's help to fix the same.

For this you can open an OSS message with SAP by going at site https://launchpad.support.sap.com/

and Using report Incident tile. This will need a S-user id to login.

You will have to provide all the details about the error you are facing, attach the logs and also open the connection of the system having issue for SAP to login, check and provide resolution.

Additionally you can search for some SAP Notes and also on SCN forum here to get some pointers for your issue.
