High Memory usage in WIReportServer.exe

I am facing an issue when I run Web Intelligence reports. Everytime I open a report it will increase WIReportServer.exe, in this manner when my team opens their reports on a daily basis it takes up to 20GB+. 

I have already reduced the cache timeout from default value to 30 minutes but I want to know if there is a specific settings that i am missing to stop it from taking all the memory. 

My current version is SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 Support Pack 2 Patch 7
Version: 14.3.2.4385

Specs:
Ram: 40GB
CPU: Xeon 6354 8 cores

Hi @amontella96 thanks, we are also facing issue with slowness when login launchpad also. Is there any specific things we need to optimize tomcat 9 ?
