I have deployed our Java application in the SAP NEO Platform, and from the Application monirtoring, we see that the Metrics Heap Usage and OS Memory usage are gradually increasing over time. Can you let us know how can we check to see what potential variables/parameters might be causing the same?
Hello Suhas. I would like to know that what kind of SCP account do you use? Enterprise account or trial account? If you are using Enterprise account you should contract with the SCP basis team to get heap dump and thread dump to analyze whether there is some object which keeps staying in the heap not be cleaned up by GC. Beside, According to the heap dump to do JVM tunning I mean add heap size and GC Strategy. Thanks.
