HANA Database project from template - .env file is missing

At STEP 2 Create database artifacts from the tutorial, after creation of the project from template, I notice that the .env file is missing from the folder. Is it normal ? Should I create one ?

Bind to container service step in the wizard should have created it. You might have unchecked the option for enabling this in the previous step of the wizard.

But, you can always bind again to a Database Connection or add a Database Connection in SAP HANA Projects view. That will create/update the (.env) file.
