Getting Error (null object loaded from local variable relativePath) in PMW tool

Dear Community,

We are trying to promote BI content from On-Premise Server (SAP BI 4.3 sp01 patch 600) to Cloud Server (SAP BI 4.3 sp02 patch400) using Promotion Management Wizard.

All the necessary firewalls are opened and connection between servers has been established.

In PWM we tried below two scenarios,

After selecting the Users and User Groups with dependencies as first Batch of promotion, we are getting the below error during the FINISH step processing for both the scenarios

Can somebody please guide us to resolve this...maybe you might have already fixed this or any Notes that can be helpful?

As per the KBA 2145849 ,I Have cleaned the DFO and restarted the SIA, but ending with same error even for 100 users migration. I have configured enogugh memory( min =15,max=30 gb) in PMW config properties.
