Getting Error in SmartForm

I am using a Smart form in a Dialog, When I try to open the Dialog I get uncaught promise error.

I tried to comment out the Smart form code and open the dialog, it works fine.

It is working fine with the error, but I want to fix it, I have 4 fields in my Smart Form so I get 4 Uncaught promise error.

I have a table in detail page, for that I am creating new entry.

Also I'm getting this error only first time I open the dialog, next time if I open I don't get this error. I'm not destroying the dialog on close.

I'm using 1.71.58 ui5 version
