Getting 401 Unauthorized error while triggering a message from Axway B2Bi Tool

Hello All,

I am facing a 401 Unauthorized error in one of my interfaces that uses the HTTPS sender adapter. The partner is attempting to send a message using the Axway B2Bi tool. I have configured authentication with both Basic and OAuth, but in both cases, I receive the same 401 error.

Interestingly, when I test the same interface using Postman with the same set of credentials, it works successfully.

Could anyone who has worked with Axway B2Bi provide some insights on how this issue can be debugged?

Fixing a 401 is going to have to be performed by the partner sending the message because the code is clear.
