getChildren for GridCell

Hi,

I need to access the content of a GridCell (within a GridLayout) which has been created dynamically.

Unfortunatly GridCells are not accesible via script as they are not components like Pages (in Pagebooks) or Blocks (in Adaptivelayouts). That means, GridCell has no function like "getChildren".

Is there anything I miss? Or does anybody know a workaround for this issue?

Hi Zeynep,

you didn't miss anything.

Currently there is some functionality lacking which prevents dealing with grid cells in a dynamic way. You could try opening a bug ticket, because looking at the other containers like TabStrip or Pagebook, I think that it makes sense that GridCells should work in a similar way.
