Functional Module to load/set default/notify ICM - PSE file

Hi Guys.

Since I have created a SAPSSLS.pse file by using sapgenpse commands, now I need to upload or import the created SAPSSLS.pse file using ABAP Functional Module into the Application Server. I also want that SAPSSLS.pse file should be set as default file and ICM should also be notified of all the changes. In STRUST all the steps are done manually upload/saving of file is done and then in the background ICM is notified, but I need to do this via ABAP, if there is any functional module that can help me, then please let me know.

I know about Functional Modules : SSFR_PSE_UPLOAD, ICM_SSL_PSE_CHANGED

But I am not sure about the proper functioning of these FMs and also if they satisfy my demands.
