When trying to open AI Launchpad, the webpage just says "Forbidden". This happened after subscribing to the SAP Build Zone service, which also subscribed me to some Identity Verification service. I thought deleting all the services might resolve the problem, but did not seem to help. Can someone guide my in making sure that my user has the correct permissions?

On the subaccount Security > Users menu option you need to add the ailaunchpad_* roles to the user that you are using. This will solve the issue.

Which Browser are you using? I tried with Firefox and got same error as you. With Chrome it works for me somehow..
