FM Routing_Maintain Error

I am trying to assign a piece of equipment as a production resource/tool to an operation using the function module ROUTING_MAINTAIN. Unfortunately, I always get errors.

Equipment is not a production resource/tool.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Please also provide the set of input parameters you are feeding into the FM, and the exact error message you are getting.

I have to set the prod_resources_tools_equipment with leading zeros like "000000000010000038".
