I am using Xcelsius 2008, but still have some files in 4.5. I am exporting both to Powerpoint 2003. Some files play OK in PP, while others do not. I downloaded the Articulate program and did the scan. The scan found no files to update. However, now some slides play that did not play before; others still do not play. The ones that don't play were created in 4.5. I even reinstalled the Flash Player (v10) and reran the Articulate install and scan.
Any suggestions, anyone? The CFO will not be happy if the slides do not work at the board meeting. Thanks!!!!
If you plan to distribute the dashboard as a powerpoint, just ensure that all users upgrade to Flash Player 10. Else they might get errors saying "Some controls on this presentation can't be activated. they might not be registered on this computer".
