Fiori project proxy problem

Hello everyone!

My SAP Fiori project is not working properly when I tried to run through the proxy.

I've already set the npm commands like:
npm config set proxy http://username:password@host:port  
npm config set https-proxy 10.133.208.1:8080
and also I tried to create some exception with npm config noproxy.

The Fiori app page is in blank, and proxy is requirement in the company.

Is there any configuration I should do in my Fiori project in VSCode?
