Hi,

I have an issue where the cache is not cleared in Fiori. I have cleared browser cache, ran in Incognito mode. Cleared the gateway cache:

-/UI2/INVALIDATE_CLIENT_CACHES

-/UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES

-/UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE

-/UI2/DELETE_CACHE_AFTER_IMP-

-/UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE

-/UI5/UPD_ODATA_METADATA_CACHE

- t-code /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP & /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP

Cleared ICM cache locally and globally.

Cleared metadata cache on both hub and backend system.

Cleared backend cache /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP.

Cleared the user personalisation settings as well.

When I did all the cache clean up in dev system, it worked but not working in test system. Please let me know if I am missing something.

Kind Regards

Sai

Hello Sai,

Try to run "/UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE", for all the Fiori apps individually. Also, crosscheck the cache validity set up in the test system.

Refer note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002319491 for more details.
