Filter Display Missing

I have noticed an issue with the BEx Web Analyser that is troublesome for users. When selecting a filter it is no longer displayed in the navigation bar with the little trashcan next to it as it was in 3.5.

I dont understand why this feature is missing, the users have no way of knowing what filters are selected unless they open the information page up.

Has anybody found a solution for this or know if it is a future design feature.

Thanks

This is a setting in WAD, you need to make.

You can set the "Expert features" checkbox in the settings dialog box. The items are displayed the next time you start the WAD. see oss note 720009.

Hope it helps.

Thanks for the reply, but that is a 3.5 note and fix. I am currently running 2004s SP9 with FEP 902.

Here is what I mean. Just compare the 2 screen shots.

3.5 View - Displays filter value

2004s View - Does not display filter value

Thanks,

Hey Michael. These filters are dispalyed in the "Filter Box". You have to click the filter button on the toolbar to show the dropdowns. This will always show your filters. The functionality has been moved to there.
