FI Document Park & Post Workflow Error

Hi,

When the Document parking workflow is started, we're encountering the error stating "Determine subworkflow for amount release of document" and the workflow status is in error as seen in images below:

Work Item Log:

Graphical Log:

Stuck Documents:

The documents were parked but got stuck there. When restarting the workflows, I encounter the same error. Any idea on how to fix this and complete the workflow?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
