Hi Everybody,
i am actually trying to connect the Fallback Channel Service Intercom with SAP CAI.
Requests from the frontend (CAI Webchat) are instantly at Intercom's Webpanel, but responses from the Fallback Channel to the Webchat has delays of minutes.
Someone noticed this yet? or found out why this is happening?
Request clarification before answering.

I've reported the same issue here. I received some insights from Intercom and apparently some elements needs to be clarify on SAP's CAI side.
