Failed to validate Certificate

Hello Experts,

upon entering the designated URL and initiating the login process, a file is automatically downloaded. However, when I attempt to launch this downloaded file using the Java(TM) Web Start Application, I receive the following error message: "Failed to validate the certificate. The application will not be executed." This persistent error has left me unable to access the Integration Directory.

I have made multiple attempts and tried various methods to resolve this issue, but regrettably, I have not been successful in overcoming it. I have attached an image depicting the error message for your reference. Kindly guide me to overcome this isssue.
