Failed getting banner error in SAP Data Services

Hi Experts,

I am getting following error when 2-3 or more jobs are executing in parallel which access same SFTP server.

Could not initialize SSH transport layer for file location object <file_location>. Error: <(-43) Failed getting banner>.

Please note that when jobs are executing in serial, they work absolutely fine. Checked with BASIS team and they said it is issue from the FTP infra team related to concurrent session limit.

Checked with FTP infra team for concurrent session limit and they said they are not using sshd daemon for sftp connection to modify concurrent session limit. They are using Crushftp application and there is no limit for concurrent sessions.

Also checked with Firewall team as suggested by FTP infra team and no issues were observed from Firewall side either. I have also kept Connection retry count as 10 and connection retry interval as 10 to delay the failure. Sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't.

What else can be checked in this scenario.?
