F110 APP delete proposal

Hi pls in F110 , how i can delete or edit this payment run (because it blocks me) and proposal , i tried edit>payment>delete output , but after that the proposal can't deleted????

You cannot delete the F110 data after posting order generated and posted. You can delete everything before payment posted.
