Hello,
I am new to the topic “Extractors” and would be grateful if you could answer my questions.
In my SAP TM project I have a problem with “recognizing deleted data records in the delta load”. In SAP TM, not all documents are currently canceled (FU, TU, FO), but deleted. This ensures that all documents do not remain in the database and therefore cannot be extracted. When extracting via Deltaload, this ensures that there can be different statuses between the systems.
The question is, can I somehow recognize that the document has been deleted and implement this in the Deltaload? Also, how is the implementation for the “Delta” update mode carried out? Is it possible to use any parameters so that the program recognizes that it is now the delta load?
FYI:
- My extractor or the DataSource is customer-specific (i.e. it is not a standard SAP DataSource) and originates from the function module.
- The Fullload works fine, I can see that with transaction RSA3.
- The Deltaload also works (I know this because the client can check this in their data warehouse system). However, when I select “D” as the update mode for my DataSource in our system in RSA3, I receive the error message “Errors occurred during extraction Message no. RJ012”.
P.S. could the ROOSGENDLM or ROOSOURCE table be of any help to me?
I would be really glad if you could share or direct me in any useful way. Thank you!
Anna
