We need to increase the memory on a server in SAP Rise which lives in AWS, the question is how to do this increase, that is, is the change made to the next model of family available in AWS or can only the memory be increased? When increasing memory, do the CPUs also increase or just the memory? Exist one document where explain this information in SAP portal or something similar?
