Export Error 502 Bad Gateway

Hi everyone!

Did any of you ever get the error 502 while trying to export a story through the file system?

Any ideas in how to deal with it? I have alreatdy tried the basic procedures like cleaning the browser cache, and changing browsers.

andrefsilvajr27You can face Gateway error when the resources on the tenant are insufficient to perform the operation. Try exporting a simple small size story and see if you still face the error. Also see if you are running out of resources on the tenant.
