Can anyone help me please? I am using Crystal Reports 2008 running in Windows 7.
I have a number of reports that use drop down parameters, suddenly when trying to run any of the reports, the drop down window starts to expand across the screen (see below)
This extends right across the desktop and the carries on expanding across my second monitor. If I click on the drop down arrow again, it returns to the blank parameter.
This has only just started happening. I have had no significant changes of software. I did try reinstalling Crystal but still the problem persists. I have tried changing graphic properties but to no avail.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can resole this please

What version of CR 2008 is this (Exact Service Pack and Patch) - go to Help > About and paste the version number here.

That is the very first version of CR 2008 and is susceptible to a few bugs, in my opinion.
I would recommend upgrading to the latest Service Pack for 2008.
If you have an S-User ID and download privileges from the Service Market Place, you should be able to download the patches from there.

If you do not have access to SAP SMP, please call sales (866-681-3435) and ask them to give you a link to the latest SP for CR 2008.

Hi David,
I don't think we have some parameter or option to reduce the screen size, can you try to repair crystal reports through control panel and see whether it resolves it.
Thanks,
Sastry
