Excel Report and Interactive Analysis Failed to export

Hi Experts, 

When i tried to generate an report from Excel Report and Interactive Analysis, the system show the error message "Cannot open report ; contact your system administrator".

The issue started after Excel crashed when generate the excel report.
Excel can be open manually now, but generating the excel report from SAP B1 still fails. 

I have attached screenshots of the SAP Business One error and the related Event Viewer messages for reference.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue, or have you encountered a similar case before?
