Hi Chandra,
the steps were below,
1. Navigate to the EarlyWatch Alert area of your solution.
2. Choose menu Edit -> Automatic E-Mail Transmission
3. For each e-mail address, choose "Create E-Mail Recipient", and enter the Session Name, Report Type and the relevant e-mail address.
(For EWA choose "SAP EarlyWatch Alert" for Session Name, and "EarlyWatch Alert Report with Graphics" for Report Type)
4. Maintain table DSWP_SYS_EMAIL (accessible through the IMG as spro->SAP Solution Manager->Scenario-Specific Settings->Operations-Sending Service Reports by Internet E-Mail->E-Mail Filter->Map systems to E-Mail addresses) or sm30
This table acts as a white list; EWAs will ONLY be sent to the entries in this table, and ONLY for the systems you enter.
5. Ensure that BAdI Implementation DSWP_EWA_EMAILFILTER_BADI_IMPL is active (also accessible through the IMG).
and check the SAP note 957412 -Troubleshooting automatic email transmission in SAP Solution

Hi Chandra,
Plz check in DSWP-> Solution -> EWA check if data is collecting r not. If data is not avilable. they show red flag.
Solman system not able to generate the mail if its in red status.
Also check in managed system in SDCCN , whether refresh session is active .
EWA alert get data transfer using SM_<sid>CLNT<client>_BACK in managed system. check this RFC ping r not.

Karthik

Hi Chandra,
Just rechecking what you replied to Jansi : Have you activated the mentioned BadI? If yes, the automatic mail will trigger only for the mail ids which are mentioned correctly in DSWP_SYS_MAIL table. If you are not looking for a filter option, deactivate the badI, the mail should trigger to the receipents mentioned in DSWP.
Also, could you confirm that iother emails are triggered and visible in SOST?
