To generate EWA report for your system, there are 3 methods. 
1.An ABAP system is capable to send the service data to SAP directly without involvement of a Solution Manager. The EarlyWatch Alert is then processed in an SAP internal system. The results are made available in the SAP EarlyWatch Alert Workspace app in your SAP One Support Launchpad. Additionally, the resulting Word Report is made available to you in the SAP One Support Launchpad in the Service Messages app.

2.The same applies, if your ABAP system is connected to a Focused Run for Solution Manager (FRUN) system. In this scenario, the FRUN sends the EWA service data to SAP.
