I installed CE 7.1 SR 5 Please let me know do i require to install ESR 7.10?If any thing else please let me know?

ESR is a part of NWCE7.1 and it must be already available in your NWCE system.

I installed Sneak Preview.. CE 7.1 SR5
when i enter below link i got 404 Not Found

I am not sure whether CE SR5 is pre-delivered with ESR. My guess is it is not.
What I recommend is the following
- Please go to NWA > Configuration Management > Scenarios and run the wizards required to install SR.
- If ESR is pre-delivered, you will see a template called "Initial configuration of the Enterprise Services Repository". Run the same.
If it is not available, you might have to download it from Service Marketplace. FYI, the SP3 version of ESR is available in SDN along with CE.
