Hi Masters,
I am facing a great trouble in testing any scenario in SAP PO 7.4. I have already tested a passthrough scenario on PI 7.3 and it worked perfect, but one of our client has installed the latest version of SAP PI i.e. PO 7.4 and when I tried to run the same passthrough scenario on PO 7.4, it left me with errors in Integration Engine as well as Business Process Engine.

1. Integration Engine Error:
After going through few documents posted on this issue, I have already tried searching for SXMS_CONF_ITEMS table in se16, se38 so as to compare the role of business system in SLD with that in table SXMS_CONF_ITEMS, align them with each other, but it says that such table doesn't exist. So, please help me find a solution to this problem.

I have worked on with the steps to check the readiness of our system PO 7.4 and after following the steps I was able to solve few of the issues in Business Process Engine but the errors in the Integration Engine remain unchanged.

Integration Engine errors remain unchanged even after following the Readiness check steps -
To solve this issue I've got a help from a link as under -
You have accessed the Component Monitor in Runtime Workbench. When selecting Integration Server > Integration Engine, the status of the "Are roles in SXMS_CONF_ITEMS and SLD consistent?" test is not "green".
The role of a business system in System Landscape Directory (SLD) is not consistent with data in local SXMS_CONF_ITEMS table.
Compare the role of a business system in SLD with that in table SXMS_CONF_ITEMS, align them with each other.
The role of a business system is defined centrally in the SLD. However, you can overwrite this setting locally in the SXMS_CONF_ITEMS table. The "Are roles in SXMS_CONF_ITEMS and SLD consistent?" test checks whether the role descriptions are consistent. If not, the locally defined role is used at runtime.
I've tried the T-code SE11 where I do find the table SXMS_CONF_ITEMS, but I am not getting the way to check the consistency of roles in the table and SLD locally. The role that I've given for the business system in SLD Integration Server.
Please look into this issue back again and help me to resolve the problem as soon as possible because I am stuck and can't even test a single scenario.

Did you define your SAP PO system as a Business System in the SLD?
Something like INTEGRATION_ENGINE_JAVA_<SAPSID>
The role of that Business System must be integration server and the pipeline URL is like http://<host><port>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry

Please let me know if I need to make any change with this. Also, request you to help me with the exact steps to be followed to compare the role of a business system in SLD with that in table SXMS_CONF_ITEMS. How to align them with each other?

Also, I've fixed the business system in SLD as you said and now I'm having only one business system with the role as Integration Server.

The IE error is still related to your Business Systems. Have a look at it again.
Or perhaps this is still an old error and the problem has been solved in the meantime.

I've checked the users WF-BATCH and PIRWBJPP and the roles as asked are active. Also, the roles in the business system are properly assigned.

The errors in IE and BPE remain same i.e. -

Please check with the above details and let me know if any change is required. Also, request you to give the details of all the necessary jobs to be scheduled for BPE and steps to follow the same.
