Error while loading the Web template "0BEX_LAUNCH_TEMPLATE" (return value "4")

HI Experts,

I am trying to execute the query from BEx query designer while i am having the Web template "0BEX_LAUNCH_TEMPLATE" error. It's in our Non-Production System (DEV). If any one can help on this issue its highly appreciated. See the attached screen for your review.

We are using BW-7.1 with SP 11.

Hi Shehzad,

Can you check the below note for

1706282 - Error while loading Web template "0ANALYSIS_PATTERN" (return value "4")

I know its for ANALYSIS_PATTERN but i just want you to check the same for BEX_LAUNCH_TEMPLATE.

Can you please also run the Service Desk tool  and past the error.

HTTP 500 error when clicking on the "BEx Web Applications" icon from BI LaunchPad, the error details display Web template "0BEX_LAUNCH_TEMPLATE" does not exist in the master system	The Web Template 0BEX_LAUNCH_TEMPLATE is missing from your BW system, make sure you applied the SP08 for 7.01 Note 1471463 or SP25 for 7.00.
