Error while creating the BAPI

I am facing the issue while creating the sales order BOM BAPI as 

CSAP_ORD_BOM_MAINTAIN

 As the process performed by the user is 

He creates the Sales order

Then he creates the BOM thorough cs61 but his requirementNEW SS.png is that he wants to reduce the work and create BAPI for it can any please provide me the solution for the same .so i can resolve the issue
