Error while creating InfoObject

Please help me how to sort out the below error in the attached image file.

"No table entries were found for specified key".

"

Dear Ranendra,

This issue might happen because of the inconsistency in table RSDIOBCIOBJ.

Please apply Note : 573421.

It should solve your problem.

Hi,

Have you activated this infoobject?.. The above table cannot find this infoobject IO_MATNM2.

Check once and let us know

Hi rajendra,

I understand you have activated your infoobject if possible can you reactivate and share screen shot of RSD1.if infoobject is present in system then table should have entry for this.

also look at note mentioned by Das.

Hi,

please reactivate the IO_MATNM2 info object one more time.

your showing above screen shot not an error message.

please check the IO_MATNM2 object status active or not means yellow or green status.

What error your facing?

Your table dont have the info object which you searched.

Then where is the issue

IO_MATNM2 - What is this name?

if that is info object name, first go to RSD1 and enter that name, see whether your info object was exist or not.
