Error when trying to install ADT in Eclipse

I am trying to install the latest ADT tools in Eclipse but running into an issue. I have tried searching for the solutions but nothing has worked yet and the same error keeps coming back.

I am following the steps mentioned in this tutorial.

I have the latest Eclipse for Java developers (2024-12).

When I try to install ADT using the HANA tools URL (https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/latest) it always fails at 16% with the error message shown in the screenshots.

I am using an office laptop. I have tried with and without admin access. Tried changing the network settings.

It seems it is able to download some of the packages but not all. So, I am a bit unsure how to fix this. Please see the attachments for some more details.

Any pointers will be helpful.

It is difficult to determine the exact issue. Based on the provided data, it appears to be a network problem (possibly some form of restricted access).
Perhaps the network administrator of your office network can provide additional information.

If you continue to experience issues, please open a ticket (component 'BC-DWB-AIE') and attach the 'Error Log' from Eclipse. It can be exported from the UI ('Error Log' View).
