Error when syncing with Mobilink

Hi Experts.

I'd like to ask what could cause this error "A communication error occurred while sending data to the MobiLink server".

If I am not mistaken, our Mobilink Server is Mobilink 9 while my remote Mobilink Server is Moblink 17. Could this cause the issue or is there another factor that would lead me to the error I mentioned above?

This error is reported when there is some problem with the communication during the upload.

I do not really understand your second paragraph. Are you running an older v9 MobiLink server and a newer 17 MobiLink server. Or do you mean that the remotes (clients) are v17? If the later, the v12 clients and later are supported.
