Solved: Error when starting SUM tool

Hi All,

When i am trying to launch SUM through DSUGUI.BAT, i am getting the below error, how do i fix this?

Can you try updating Parameter in default profile and check service/protectedwebmethods = NONE from SDEFAULT.

Restart SAP

Can you uninstall/delete the SUM directory and retry?
