Error when loading Web IDE "Please remove the module name or add the missing define"

Hello,

Web IDE is not loading. It starts but hangs on and in the console I can read many messages with the text:

Plugin could not be loaded. The file exists, but is either defining a module with a different name or not defining anything. Please remove the module name or add the missing define.

I found a similar question but it doesn't have any clue on how to solve it (link) .

If I open the Web IDE in private mode (Chrome) it work perfectly. It also works in Edge. But in Chrome regular mode is where I have this problem.
I already deleted all cookies and cache files in Chrome with no success. Logout/login didn't worked neither.

Do you know which could be the problem (and the possible solution)?
