Hi
Whenever I try to execute any Web application, I get an error, A popup blocker is activated for the URL.
I have made sure the popup blocker is uninsalled on the computer and followed the instructions as per SAP note, 919196.
I still face the same issue. I have installed the latest support pack. I cannot even open Report Designer, throws an error, "Default theme not available".
Is there something I am missing? Please advice.
Thanks.

Try installing dotnetfx exe file on your local desktop. this may resolve your issue.

Hello,
were able to solve the problem entering sapregsv.exe mshtml.tlb in C:\Program Files\SAP\SapSetup\setup.
It seems to be an alternative to reinstall the Internet Explorer.
The original source of the solution is:

Hi,
If u get an error message saying "a popup blocker is activated..........." at the end system gives message to refer sap note xxxxx , then in these cases pls reinstall your IE browser. This error is system specific and not applicable to everyone else in u r team.
The error message is because u r IE has got corrupted and u need to reinstall the same.
However if the error message is some thing else then pls ignore my suggestion.
Regards

I had the same problem , and I changed the IE setting to allow the popup windows, then the problem was solved. you can try this way.

Were you able to come up with a solution for this?
My machine was recently re-installed, and part of that process was to install IE7, now I can't access reports in the portal (or directly from WAD for that matter).
I get the same error message, and have confirmed that the popup blocker & phishing filter mechanisms are switched off. I have uninstalled the Google Toolbar in case that was causing the error. I have gone through all the settings I can find in IE, yet I still get this error.
Please let me know how to solve it.
Cheers,
Andrew
