Error when assigning SID: Action VAL_SID_CONVERT. Record details missing

Hello Experts,

We recently migrated from 7.3 to 7.5.

I am getting an error during activation during SID generation. It seems like an issue with special characters which is not new for this system. What we usually used to do is to identify the record and correct it in PSA and source. However, the logs are not showing the details like hex value, package and record number, without which it is impossible to trace the record as there are more than 11 million records in the request with similar values. I remember that this had to be turned on. Can anyone please guide me as to where this has to be turned on?

Note: the problem is not related to missing master data. this infoobject doesnt have master data load.

Try to run the program RSDD_RSTMPLWIDTP_GEN_ALL, check the boxes for both P_IC_ACT and P_ PG_GEN and then repeat your load.
