Error "Internal error (this retcode should be handled by MS-layer)" After Resolving "Service sapmsPE

Hello,

I am currently facing an issue while connecting to SAP on my device. Initially, I encountered the error message "service sapmsPER unknown", which I was able to resolve by manually adding the system ID in the services file located at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\services.

However, after overcoming this, I am now facing another error: "Internal error (this retcode should be handled by MS-layer)". Despite multiple troubleshooting steps, I have not been able to resolve this new issue.

Here’s what I have done so far:

1. Verified the message server: I am confident the message server configuration is correct because the connection works on another device without any issues.
2. Checked the network: I successfully pinged the SAP server and used Telnet to check the connection, both of which worked without any issues.
3. Firewall settings: I have verified that the firewall is not blocking SAP connections.

Given these steps, I am unsure where the problem lies. Has anyone encountered this issue before or can suggest additional troubleshooting steps?
