I hit the same family of errors (P004, then CPI100) on a BTP Trial subaccount and fixed it. In my case the entitlements and role collections were all correct (integrationsuite-trial assigned, Integration_Provisioner + Subaccount Administrator present), so it was not a permissions issue. The provisioning state of the subscription itself was corrupted.
What worked:
integrationsuite-trial (1 unit) on the subaccount, and role collection Integration_Provisioner assigned to your user. Log out and back in after changing roles.Integration_Provisioner, and activated only Cloud Integration. It went Active immediately. You must be a registered user to add a comment.
