error in scot

HI all,

I get lot of notifications in SCOT which are in error state.

I want to know where this notifications are getting generated from and how to stop it from getting generated??

When I checked the contents of the notification.. I found the below text.

What report is used to create emails from workitems?

You can define in the report which tasks are eligible to be transformed into mails.

If you want to exclude some, you have to do it from there.

hi Rob,

Thanks your reply. These are some status messages which are generated when the email notification is delivered to user's email id. I was wondering how can i stop generating these status messages.

You can activate notifications in the workflowbuilder for steps. Check the notification tab. Don't know if this is where they are coming from though.

OTher messages are generally sent to the workflow administrator.
