Error getting chunk for index

Dear BWA Experts,

One of our reports are getting the following error:

Error reading the data of InfoProvider NPUC0004$X

The following error 2.555 occurred in BIA server

error getting chunk for index grp_npuc0004 in TREXApiResultChunkcServer::getNext reason: chunkId 00000000000000000037 grp_npuc0004:0000000000000000 does not exist in getChunk.

Errors occurred during parallel processing of query 5, RC: 3

Error while reading data, navigation is possible

We have checked the index for the cube and it did not have any problems. We tried searching for SAP Notes regarding "error getting chunk" or "Trex 2555", "bwa error 2555", etc but could not find any document that might explain the issue. We will be creating a SAP Customer Message for it as well. But I'm asking in case anyone had already encountered a similar issue before and what was done to resolve it. Thanks in advance

I have not faced such an error and am no expert as well. But have you tried deleting the BIA index and rebuilding the index for your cube once again? It could sound as a vague solution, but most of time it works for vague problems. 😛
