I wanted to know how I can deal with this error: Impossible to load the file or assembly "CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc, Version=13.0.4000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304". The specified file cannot be found.

Can you please check if the version specified in your application is compatible with the version mentioned in the error?
If required, you can use assembly-binding redirection in the configuration file to redirect to a different version.
