Error capturing Google Chrome screen

Hello forum!

I have a problem capturing the screens of google chrome, they take me the window of the irpa desktop studio.

example:

when I capture the application everything is fine ..

but when I'm going to capture the webpage it captures the SAP IRPA window.

Can you help me with this error? Thanks a lot!

Hi mgonzalezinvenziss,

Change the zoom level of the captured page to 100 per cent and the display setting to 100 percent.

The page which you want to capture should be open first and then Use CTRL Key + mouse hover over the page so select the page. The red outline will select the page. After this page will be selected and you can scan the page.

Hello! Thank you very much for your prompt response.

Do what you told me and it takes about an hour to scan a page.

the strange thing is that before the scan worked normally and was almost immediate.

Hi Maximiliano,

Please use Alt+Tab to switch between the windows from irpa to chrome, then use Ctrl+Hover over the screen or the browser area for capturing, wait till the red box is created around the browser area.
